You are required to book with INFINITY at least 24 hours in advance for wheelchair access. INFINITY's contact number will be printed on your voucher
If special effects lighting, sound, dark confined spaces or illusions of height and depth cause you concern, please make further enquiries before purchasing admission. Alternatively please see all entry and safety conditions here
If uneven and unstable floors in some areas might affect you, please make further enquiries before entry
You must not enter INFINITY if you have consumed alcohol or drugs
INFINITY is not recommended for children under 8 years or for anyone with an unusual fear of darkness
Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult/carer who accepts responsibility for their care, safety and conduct
Prams and children in backpacks cannot be admitted. Babies carried in forward carrying slings will only be admitted at parent’s risk. We don't recommend entering with a baby or toddler. Children must be able to walk through unassisted
Parents with young children who feel threatened by the dark or unknown: Does your child have an unusual fear of the dark? In some of Infinity’s environments, the special effects require a very low level of light. A small percentage of young children and some adults may feel anxious under these conditions. INFINITY is a series of fun environments. Although there is nothing in INFINITY that is designed to frighten (e.g. nothing jumps out or grabs you) some people may feel dismayed due to the ‘unknown’. In the Mystery Zone (only one of 20 zones) patrons use their sense of touch to feel their way under very low light effects. If you think that you or your child might be adversely affected you should refrain from entering or purchase a glow stick on entry. Please make sure you watch and explain the safety instruction in the video you will before entry. Ask for more information if you have any doubts.

“ Staff were lovely. Went with my 9-year-old and my 9-year-old niece Loved doing the Infinity my 14-year-old was scared and pulled out in the first room. My 4-year-old did a few rooms with me and then wanted to get out, it was a pretty scary experience. Booking through Experience Oz is always easy.

Bought passes for December for my group of friends and family

Process is simple and better pricing compared to original RRP. Highly encourage people to watch out for AND prebook the event, they are very flexible and supportive in case of any changes. Better value, more fun.

Infinity in Surfers Paradise Great experience for some

Great for a nighttime activity for the whole family

This attraction was really good kids loved it. I would recommend it for little kids under 5 if they aren't afraid of the dark. Though my kids are 10 and 12 and had a ball. We will be going back to do it again. All I can say is prepare to smile for 📷

Was a great experience, wasn't sure what we were exactly up for but it was great.

The family all enjoyed it, even the 5-year-old. Some things were a little noisy but was great family fun. Some great rooms which wowed us and loved that you could get photos at the end. The staff were informative, but the guy at the front desk was very "black and white" - it might have been nice to have given a smile at least.

Awesome experience! Definitely going to go again!!

It was a very unique and cool experience. I only wish I took my time more!! Definitely don’t go if you’re afraid of the dark or enclosed spaces, it’s definitely a challenge!! Probably suitable for the age of 8 years old and older, bit too scary for younger I think.

Nice activity for the holiday. Had fun with my friends on our short holiday.

Loved the first-time experience of Infinity. But I think it could be made a little bit longer, so people can have more fun. 🤩 Felt like it was just 30 mins and finished so early. Overall, it was a good experience. Highly recommended for kids and teenagers.

Good for all ages as long as not scared of the dark.

It was quite a nice experience, feeling your way through the dark most of the time and there would be small surprises all around. However, this is definitely not for those who are scared of the dark, or smaller kids, but if you do have someone like this in your group, just hold their hand :)
